After you've generated the map, you can export it as a file, and you can transfer it to a USB flash drive or move it to another location.

While the application is free, it is only licensed as Freeware. Therefore, you are responsible for keeping adequate backups of your data. If you ever need to use the program again, you will have to purchase a license. It is available as a download for Windows, but you can also run it on a USB device.
